WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • SKINxErin & SISTERxErin orders all ship from Nashville, TN & typically arrive within 1-3 days of leaving the warehouse (within the 48 contiguous states)

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

YES! SHOPxErin ships internationally. 

Please note: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, tariffs, customs fees, & taxes incurred.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

If your piece does not fit, we offer free exchanges if initiated within 14 days of receipt. We will send you a shipping label to use and will sent your new size once we receive your return and evaluate for any damange.

Returns: We accept returns of domestic orders within 14 days of the date the order was delivered.

Returns will be subject to a $7.99 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are not refunded on the return.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

All Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.

For international returns, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are not satisfied with any SKINxErin product you receive from your online order, you can return it (unopened) within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Please note that 7 days after delivery all sales are non-refundable. Email hello@shopxerin.com for details on making a return or exchange. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
